ADULT STARTER CLINIC Ages: 18+ New to volleyball or looking to become more comfortable on the court? This program is designed for adults who want to learn the fundamentals, improve their technique, and develop confidence in a welcoming environment. Training will focus on the basic skills needed to participate in recreational volleyball. Athletes Will Focus On: ● Passing and ball control ● Serving technique ● Setting fundamentals ● Basic attacking mechanics ● Court movement and positioning ● Volleyball rules and game understanding No advanced experience is required. This program is a great starting point for adults interested in learning volleyball.
