ADULT STARTER CLINIC Ages: 18+ New to volleyball or looking to become more comfortable on the court? This program is designed for adults who want to learn the fundamentals, improve their technique, and develop confidence in a welcoming environment. Training will focus on the basic skills needed to participate in recreational volleyball. Athletes Will Focus On: ● Passing and ball control ● Serving technique ● Setting fundamentals ● Basic attacking mechanics ● Court movement and positioning ● Volleyball rules and game understanding No advanced experience is required. This program is a great starting point for adults interested in learning volleyball. This program is designed for adults with previous volleyball experience who want to improve consistency, refine technique, and become more effective players. Athletes Will Focus On: ● Advanced passing and serve receive ● Serving strategy and placement ● Setting and offensive development ● Attacking technique and shot selection ● Defensive systems and court awareness ● Game situations and decision-making This program is intended for experienced players looking to continue improving their performance.
