Girls Recreational League (Ages 12-14)

The Youth Recreational League is designed for athletes ages 12-14 who want to learn the game, stay active, and have fun in a positive and supportive environment. This coed league provides players of all skill levels with the opportunity to develop their abilities, build confidence, and enjoy being part of a team.

Players will participate in organized practices and game play while continuing to improve their fundamental skills and understanding of the sport. The league emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and creating an enjoyable experience for every athlete.

Athletes Will Focus On:

• Fundamental skill development and proper technique
• Improving coordination, movement, and game awareness
• Teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship
• Learning basic offensive and defensive concepts
• Building confidence through practice and game play
• Understanding rules, strategies, and game situations
• Having fun while developing a lifelong love for the game
• Creating a positive and encouraging team environment

Each session combines skill instruction, drills, and recreational game play to help athletes learn, improve, and enjoy the sport at their own pace.

Schedule: Thursdays, 6:15 PM – 8:00 PM

The MS Recreational League is a great opportunity for middle school athletes to stay active, develop new skills, make friends, and experience the fun and excitement of team sports in a welcoming environment.
