Adult Recreation Leagues (Ages 18+)

The Adult Recreational & Competitive Leagues are designed for athletes ages 18 and older who are looking for organized play, skill development, and a competitive yet welcoming environment. Whether you are playing for fun, staying active, or competing at a higher level, these leagues offer opportunities for athletes of all experience levels.

Players will experience structured league play that promotes teamwork, strategy, and continuous improvement. The program is designed to provide a balance of recreation and competition, allowing players to challenge themselves while enjoying the game.

Participants will focus on:

- Competitive and recreational game play options

- Improving technical skills through live competition

- Teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship

- Offensive and defensive strategies

- Game awareness and decision-making

- Building confidence and consistency

- Fitness, fun, and community through organized play

The league environment encourages players to meet new teammates, compete against a variety of skill levels, and continue developing their abilities in a positive atmosphere.

League Details:

Mondays: 7:30 PM–9:30 PM

Tuesdays: 6:30 PM–8:30 PM

Dates: July 13th - September 1st

Ages: 18+

Individual Cost: $125/player

Team Cost: $650/team
