Girls High School Volleyball League (Ages 14–17)

The High School Volleyball League is designed for female athletes ages 14–17 who want to compete, improve their skills, and prepare for higher levels of volleyball. This league combines structured training with competitive play to help athletes develop both individually and as a team.

Players will build confidence through game experience while continuing to refine the fundamentals and strategies needed for success. The program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, communication, and volleyball IQ in a positive and competitive environment.

Athletes will focus on:

- Advanced serving, passing, setting, and attacking techniques

- Defensive systems and court positioning

- Offensive strategies and team rotations

- Communication and leadership skills

- Reading the game and making quicker decisions

- Competitive match play and teamwork

- Building consistency, confidence, and mental toughness

Sessions include skill development, team concepts, drills, and organized league play designed to challenge athletes and help them continue progressing.

Schedule:

Thursdays: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
