Girls Youth League (Ages 12-14)

The Middle School League is designed for female athletes ages 12-14 who want to learn, compete, and enjoy the game in a fun and supportive environment. This league focuses on building confidence, developing skills, and creating a positive team experience for young athletes.

Players will participate in organized practices and league play while continuing to improve their fundamentals and understanding of the game. The league emphasizes player development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and having fun while competing.

Athletes will focus on:

- Fundamental skill development and proper technique

- Improving coordination, movement, and game awareness

- Teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship

- Basic offensive and defensive concepts

- Confidence-building through practice and competition

- Learning rules, strategies, and game situations

- Creating a positive and encouraging team environment

- Each session combines skill instruction, drills, and competitive play to help athletes grow at their own pace while preparing for future levels of competition.

Schedule:

Thursdays: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
