High School Training Programs – Winter 1 (Mondays - December 7th-January 18th) |

High School Skills Grades: 9–12 | Boys & Girls Build a stronger foundation and become a more confident all-around volleyball player. This program is designed for athletes looking to improve their technical ability through structured drills, repetitions, and individual feedback. Players will develop the fundamental skills needed to contribute more consistently in competitive play. Athletes Will Focus On: ● Passing technique and ball control ● Serving mechanics and consistency ● Setting fundamentals ● Attacking approach and arm swing ● Defensive movement and positioning ● Communication and game awareness This program is ideal for athletes looking to improve their overall game and develop more confidence on the court. High School Developmental Grades: 9–12 | Boys & Girls Take your volleyball skills to the next level through more advanced training, structured repetitions, and competitive drills. This program is designed for athletes with previous volleyball experience who are ready to improve consistency, technique, and decision-making. Athletes Will Focus On: ● Advanced passing and serve receive ● Serving strategy and placement ● Setting accuracy and offensive development ● Attacking mechanics and shot selection ● Defensive positioning and transition play ● Reading the game and making better decisions This program is designed for athletes who have a foundation in volleyball and are ready for more challenging development.
