BLOCKING & DEFENSIVE SKILLS CLINIC

Become a more confident defensive player by improving your ability to read the game, move efficiently, and respond to attacking situations. This clinic focuses on individual defensive technique and the skills needed to make an impact at the net and in the back row.
Athletes Will Focus On:
● Defensive positioning and court awareness
● Reading hitters and anticipating attacks
● Digging technique and defensive platform
● Blocking footwork and timing
● Hand positioning and block penetration
● Pursuit and emergency defensive plays
● Transitioning from defense into offense

Program Details
Schedule: Fridays, 4:00–5:00 PM
Dates: December 11, December 18, January 8, January 15
Enrollment Cap: 12 athletes per clinic
Cost: $30 per clinic
