Middle School Training Programs – Winter 1 (Mondays - December 7^th-January 20^th)

Middle School Developmental Training

Grades: 5–8 | Co-Ed

Take your volleyball skills to the next level through more advanced training, structured repetitions, and competitive drills. This program is designed for athletes with previous volleyball experience who are ready to improve consistency, technique, and decision-making.

Athletes Will Focus On:

● Advanced passing and serve receive

● Serving strategy and placement

● Setting accuracy and offensive development

● Attacking mechanics and shot selection

● Defensive positioning and transition play

● Reading the game and making better decisions

This program is designed for athletes who have a foundation in volleyball and are ready for more challenging development.

Program Details

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30–8:00 PM

Dates: December 7, 2026 – January 20, 2027

Enrollment Cap: 12 athletes

Cost: $215
