Structure:

30 minutes of speed and agility work

60 minutes of lacrosse skill training (includes goalkeepers)

Program Objectives:

• Athleticism - speed, agility, footwork
• Stick skills - confidence and consistency in fundamental stickwork
• 1v1s - targeting offensive and defensive skills to effectively compete in 1 on 1 situations
• Lacrosse IQ - developing stronger game awareness to contribute to the overall team performance

Grades 3-12 - Players will be grouped accordingly

Dates: Tuesdays (November 17th, 24th, December 1st, 8th, 15th)

Time: 6:00-7:30 PM
