MOUNT OLIVE SUMMER LACROSSE CAMP 2026

This camp is designed for rising 3rd–11th grade girls who are ready to grow their game in a positive, high-energy environment. Players will build a strong foundation through focused stick work, footwork development, and skill repetition that reinforces proper technique and confidence.

Athletes will receive position-specific training tailored to their interests and strengths — whether they’re developing as attackers, midfielders, defenders, goalies, or draw specialists. Camp sessions also emphasize lacrosse IQ and the mental side of the game, helping players build confidence, resilience, focus, and a competitive mindset.

Throughout the week, skills training is combined with game-like scenarios and small-sided competition, allowing players to apply what they’ve learned in fast-paced, fun environments. Campers will be challenged, supported, and pushed to become more complete players — all while building friendships and a love for the game.
