What is CLC Training Academy?
CLC Training Academy is a lacrosse membership for girls who want to train year-round without the travel and time commitment of a club team. The Academy is for players who we feel will benefit immensely through individual and small group instruction from our experienced & dedicated coaches as they work towards achieving their athletic goals. The Academy is a fantastic opportunity to improve your skills and game awareness while also building relationships with CLC coaches.

What is the purpose of CLC Academy?
To offer high school, middle school, and youth players the opportunity to engage in year-round training to enhance their skills and game IQ without fully committing to the demands of a travel club team.

Who does this apply to and what will be the focus per grad year?
2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 - Accelerated High School Player Development
2030, 2031 - High School Prep
2032, 2033 - Extensive Stick Skill Development & Full Field Game Strategies
2034, 2035 - Stickwork Development and 7v7 Game Tactics
**All Academy players will receive speed and agility training in addition to lacrosse training

What will CLC Academy players at Mount Olive be provided?
Annual Membership Includes:
Lacrosse Performance Training - Fall Session (Oct 7, 14, 21, 28, Nov 4 from 6:30-8pm)
Lacrosse Performance Training - Winter Session 1 (Nov 18, 25, Dec 2, 9, 15 from 6:30-8pm)
Lacrosse Performance Training - Winter Session 2 (Jan 29, Feb 5, 12, 19, 26 Times TBD)
Group Training - Preseason (Feb 22, Mar 1, 8, 15 from 12-1pm)
Inter-squad play with other Centercourt Facility Academy Players (Date and Centercourt location TBD)
T-shirt, pinnie

Annual Membership Fee (payments can be made in full or withdrawn throughout the year)
